This is how I describe what I do.
I am a multidisciplinary artist exploring the boundaries of art, writing, and music — and the impact that modern technology, such as blockchain and NFTs, has on them.Art, music, and writing are tangible expressions of feeling — translated into real life by an artist for the public to enjoy and experience that moment, that emotion. it immortalises the artist emotions in the art work. this is my humble attempt of doing that. hope you . yes you enjoy and experience my emotions.
Let me tell you a little story about how all this started. I was young and naïve. I would
say borderline stupid. Didn’t know the extent of my mental health issues, which weren’t properly diagnosed.
I fell in love with a girl. I was shy. I wasn’t confident. I was scared shitless. So in all my misery, I came up
with What’s Next to You. I thought I could write a poem,
tell her how I feel,
ask her out on a date.
I didn’t know how to edit — it was riddled with spelling mistakes. I posted it on social media.
She never went out with me. She was gracious and kind about it. Well, that was more kindness than what I had gotten
all my life up to then. I never thanked her — thank you for that. When you start falling down, sometimes nobody around
can help. You just need to crash and burn. My mental health journey showed me that I was an artist, a writer. That it helps me
stay sane. So thank you for reading the Samuel Writes story and welcome to my madness.
